Why the Temperature Gauge in Car Is Messing Up

The temperature gauge in your car can be a bit off, and sometimes it’s hard to tell what the actual temperature is. Here’s how to reset the temperature gauge in your car. First, turn the car off and wait 10 minutes before trying to start it again. Next, remove the battery cover and locate the battery. Carefully unplug the battery cable. Finally, plug the battery cable back in and reattach the battery cover. If you’re having trouble resetting the temperature gauge, you can also try spraying WD-40 into the cooling lines near the engine block or around any hoses leading to it.

How to Reset Temperature Gauge In Car

If the temperature gauge in your car is not working, you can reset it by following these steps: 1. Park the car in a cool place and turn off all the lights. 2. Open the hood and remove the air conditioning unit. 3. On the left side of the engine, there is a black wire connected to a black plastic box. Disconnect this black wire by pulling it out of its connector. 4. On the right side of the engine, there is a white wire connected to a white plastic box. Connect this white wire to the black wire by pushing it into its connector. 5. Replace the air conditioning unit and close the hood. 6. Turn on all the lights and try to start your car. If it starts, congratulations! You have successfully reset your temperature gauge.
